SHIPPING COSTS

DOMESTIC

All shipment within Canada are free!  

Shipments will be processed through Canada Post providing all customers with a confirmation email and tracking number if provided by Canada Post. All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days.

INTERNATIONAL

Shipping costs will include: Courier of the parcel to you, packaging and insurance on the parcel.  Shipments will be processed through Canada Post providing all customers with a confirmation email and tracking number if provided by Canada Post. All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days.

 

DELIVERY TIME & COURIER PRICES:

We do our best to provide the quickest delivery time and the lowest prices based on Canada Post.

Courier prices may change at any time based on courier rate change. We do our best to communicate with all customers if there are any changes after your purchase and prior to shipping the parcel to you.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES:

 We try to send international parcels by air if the item is small and prices are reasonable. Otherwise the parcel will be sent by boat and can take up to 3-4 weeks and sometimes a little longer.

 

LOCAL ORDERS

If you are within travelling distance of our location, we can arrange pick up or drop off of your order. Advance notice is required.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
FOR OUR ONLINE STORE

We do our best to inspect all items before we list them for sale. All returns are subject to a mandatory re-shelving fee of 25% of item list price in addition to shipping costs that will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

 

All items that are new must be un-open and with original packaging and tags attached. Any issues with the purchased product(s) must be communicated within 3 days of receiving the product(s), otherwise the purchaser foregoes the opportunity for issue resolution. 

 

Please note that due to the many vintage types of products that we sell, we strive to accurately describe the condition of all items, however there may exist inherent characteristics within each item that reflects its vintage nature.
