This new deluxe soft pink and yellow petticoat crinoline is a soft crinoline with two full deluxe layers. 13" inches long (above knee length)
This petticoat crinoline has a material elastic waist that can fit up to a size 36" inch waist. Great to elevate a skirt, dress, costume or can be warn by itself.
